Christians believe that equality is for all peoples of all religions. The Constitution establishes that right. Christian Constitutional writer Clarence Carson describes it thus:

“First, there is equality before the law. This means that every man’s case is tried by the same law governing any particular case. Practically, it means that there are no different laws for different classes and orders of men (as there were in ancient times). The definition of premeditated murder is the same for the millionaire as for the tramp. Islam creates two classes of people -Non-Muslims and Muslims- with two different sets of equality. There is never a real presence of equality, justice, and fairness under that system of justice.
